About Project

Globally renowned design firm, HDR, made headlining news when they relocated their headquarters to a new 254,721 SF facility in Aksarben Village. MBI was first contracted through AWS to install the air barrier and perimeter fire stopping at the curtainwall system. Additionally, MBI was contracted by Coreslab to grout all of the precast base at the HDR Zone 6 parking garage. The 10-story building now serves 1,000 employees all under one roof.
